For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card and Debit. We will accept assignment only if we can determine your eligibility and coverage prior to the actual treatment. For non-assignment patients and students, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees for services provided by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
